1.Put egg white in the bowl, add half of sugar, and beat them to stiff-peak stage(±5min). 2.Put egg yolk in another bowl, add half of sugar, and whisk briskly. 3.Add water and oil in the second bowl and continue to whisk them(±5min). 4.Dust chocolate morsel with extra flour(teaspoon0.5 or so on), sift extra flour. 5.Add siftted flour, bp, cocoa powder, and half of the first bowl to the second bowl. 6.Mix it lightly with a spatula. fold the rest of 1st bowl and chocolate morsel into it. 7.Place it in a mold or cup as you like and bake at 170 degrees oven for about 35 minutes. 8.Use a wooden spit and check the texture. 9.If desired, dissolve chocolate(B) by putting the bowl in hot water and whip it with A. 10.According to your taste, decorate cocoa tube cake with choco cream.

Granulated sugar is preferable. Using electric mixer is needed when beating and whisking egg and cream.
